Best of 3 estimates for replacement of front French Doors. Kept me updated on manufacturing progress. Installation date set and met. Total install time, 4 hours. Work crew great to work with, install excellent and clean up complete. Pulled and replaced entire door and framing. Sales person great answered all questions. Follow up contact great. Also liked they repurposed removed doors to charitable organizations.
Excellent Service Top Notch Experience
The experience from my first contact with Alex to schedule a consultation, which he was able to schedule that same day. Our design consultant Thalia spent several hours at our home answering questions and addressing concerns on a Saturday evening. Lyz in the office who answered all my questions and kept me up to date. Ashley with the customer service team was a pleasure to talk with. To the installation team with Ryan, Nick, Nate and Chris who are amazing and friendly young men. I enjoyed the time that they were in my home. Very courteous and engaging and very thorough in their work. It has been a top-notch experience. Everyone at Everlasting Windows is beyond professional and very engaging. I cannot recommend Everlasting Windows and Doors enough. The windows are beautiful and my house looks so much better, not to mention feels cooler due to the double pane construction of the windows. They are truly part of our family now. If you are looking for Windows and Doors you have to give Everlasting Windows and Doors a call.
