Window replacement
Hello, We had all our widows replaced on both our homes, the windows were from when the house was built, plaster walls with the windows being metal frame, single pane and the windows were being held in place with plaster also, is my guess. the windows were screwed and painted shut over years. So, i was skeptical when i had inquired about my windows being replaced, only because i had asked another company, they came out and looked then kept rescheduling out appointments. When Everlasting Windows and Doors set a date to come see what our windows looked like, they came out a second time to show us a sample of what the material they would be using we agreed and they took measurements. The next time, i got a call and we set a date for installation. I cried, i said "I'm really going to get new windows!!". We truly love our beautiful windows, all of them. The day after we got them installed my husband overslept by 2 hours. no more cold drafts in the winter and hot heat in the summer. And reduced outside noises. Thank you, so much for your excellent work. I definitely recommend Everlasting Windows and Doors.

My sliding door was badly in need of replacing. The house is old and had been neglected. Other companies didn’t want to take on the job due to a heating duct located very close to the frame of the door. Everlasting windows and doors took the task on, special ordered the needed sized door and it looks great. The installation was excellent and the installers polite and paid very close attention to detail. I would definitely use this company again.

We used Everlasting Windows to replace our 24 year old kitchen bay window and two side windows, two bathroom windows and our front door. The office kept us informed of the progress and when ready they called to schedule the installation. The crew arrived on time, were very careful with our home and cleaned up as they went along. They called our attention to one of the bathroom windows that had cracked while being installed, which they will be replacing. They did a great job replacing the casing and threshold before installing the new front door. They were very professional and explained how our new windows work and walked us around to make sure everything met our expectations, which they did. We will be recommending them to all our family, friends & neighbors.

Outstanding! The windows replaced old window and sliding glass doors in corner of kitchen. Everlasting did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. They followed plan exactly, workers were professional and efficient and completed this modification so it appears and functions like the house was built that way. Minimal disruption to household routine and completed in one day.

Best of 3 estimates for replacement of front French Doors. Kept me updated on manufacturing progress. Installation date set and met. Total install time, 4 hours. Work crew great to work with, install excellent and clean up complete. Pulled and replaced entire door and framing. Sales person great answered all questions. Follow up contact great. Also liked they repurposed removed doors to charitable organizations.

The experience from my first contact with Alex to schedule a consultation, which he was able to schedule that same day. Our design consultant Thalia spent several hours at our home answering questions and addressing concerns on a Saturday evening. Lyz in the office who answered all my questions and kept me up to date. Ashley with the customer service team was a pleasure to talk with. To the installation team with Ryan, Nick, Nate and Chris who are amazing and friendly young men. I enjoyed the time that they were in my home. Very courteous and engaging and very thorough in their work. It has been a top-notch experience. Everyone at Everlasting Windows is beyond professional and very engaging. I cannot recommend Everlasting Windows and Doors enough. The windows are beautiful and my house looks so much better, not to mention feels cooler due to the double pane construction of the windows. They are truly part of our family now.
